The Purpose of the Program is to:

 

1.)           Achieve an immediate and ongoing reduction in Energy and Utility Expenses.

2.)           Provide the Consulting Services, Energy Records, Account Information and Data Bases to ensure that you are always paying the least amount for your energy requirements.

3.)           Verify all savings and bills from other suppliers.  We will verify all their claims of your energy savings.

 

Program includes:

 

·         Review of Monthly Billings for Accuracy and Billing Errors. (Historical Refunds)

·         Review of Tariff Rate classifications to ensure the most advantageous rates.  (Historical Refunds and Future Savings)      

·         Customer Choice enrollment Services.  Identify and apply for corrective rates, refunds, overcharges, discounts, etc.

·         Executive Summary of findings and Recommendations/Savings Projections – 10 to 14 weeks

·         Site-Specific Energy Reports.

·         Rate Change Verification and Savings Reports.

 

Turn-Key Program:

 

·         Will provide a Comprehensive Site-Specific Informational Database of all your electric and natural gas accounts, including a record of service addresses, account numbers, utility suppliers, historical cost and consumption, etc – essential information for Customer Choice.

·         Will provide our Executive Summary of findings and Recommendations, and upon Clients’ review and authorization, we will apply for pertinent refunds, credits, rate changes, etc. on Client’s behalf.

·         Will review all current and pending savings opportunities that have emerged in today’s deregulated utility environment, i.e., Customer Choice Programs, Aggregation, new rate tariffs and rate classification, Off-Tariff contacts, etc.

·         Will identify your eligible accounts and obtain pricing and contract information from all State-Approved suppliers.  We will evaluate and summarize the saving’s opportunities for you, and, upon you authorization, complete the enrollment process with the alternative suppliers.

·         Will provide follow-up service to confirm proper enrollment and to verify actual savings.

2.     6 years of billing history for a proper audit. 

3.     Signed Utility Monitoring Agreement

4.     “Letter of authorization” which PUR will provide.
